One of the greatest managers I have met was when I was starting my career in Credentialing for a radiologist company. I have worked with and for several managers while I moved from one job to the next and this manager stood out to me because she is very patient and was willing to do "sit ins" with me where I can ask her questions about how she got started in her career and she was incredibly open in telling me her story and how to get there from I am at. She always had time to answer questions about the job that I am doing, especially coming into the industry, late in life.
